Insurance Australia Group’s Story: Scaling Innovation and The Extraordinary Role of Language

Platform transformations are hard. And new capabilities are only as powerful as the uses to which they’re applied. What’s going on in people’s minds is just as important - if not more important - than what’s happening behind their screens. In this session, Neil Morgan, COO of Insurance Australia Group, will outline IAG’s work to drive inclusive innovation, harnessing the power of language to reach beyond technical capabilities and the promise of Gen AI. Neil will share stories illustrating the value of an innovative mindset during a crisis, how 15 painful minutes became 15 painless seconds, and how just seven words can change a life.
