Andrew Rose

Executive Vice President and President

Andrew has been a part of GM Financial as Executive Vice President and President of General Motors Insurance since 2022. Before joining GM Financial, Andrew was Vice President, Insurance Innovation for General Motors from January 2020 to May 2022. Andrew is an insurance industry veteran, bringing more than 20 years of auto insurance and finance experience to the company. Prior to joining the GM enterprise, he began his career at Progressive Insurance before transitioning to a senior leadership role at Bank of America. He later served as Founder and CEO of Elephant Insurance and most recently sat as CEO of Compare.com.

Dan Wuest

SVP – Technology Portfolio Execution

Dan is SVP of Technology Portfolio Execution, responsible for all software delivery, application support, data management, and application modernization programs at CNA. 

Dan joined CNA in 2020 from American Family Insurance, where he led the Enterprise Applications team.  Prior to American Family, he spent 15 years at Sentry Insurance as head of the commercial lines IT organization.  Dan has extensive experience leading application development organizations, and large-scale tech transformation, including nearly 20 years in the Guidewire space.

Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa. 

Tadashi Yamanaka

CIO

Sompo Direct, Inc

After beginning his career at a systems integrator, Mr. Yamanaka joined Sompo 24 Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance Company) in 2005. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the Information Systems Department, and later served as Head of System Services Department at Saison Automobile & Fire Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance). He has served as Executive Officer since 2022 and is Board Director and Executive Officer from April 2025.

Tanguy Catlin

Senior Partner

McKinsey & Company

Tanguy is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Boston office, where he co-chairs the firm’s Global Partner Election Committee. He has led McKinsey’s North America Digital, Technology, and Analytics practice and previously headed the Property & Casualty practice. Tanguy works with global insurers to drive transformation through strategy, organizational design, and digital innovation, focusing on performance and organizational health.

A recognized thought leader, Tanguy frequently authors reports and white papers on the evolving insurance industry. He is also a trustee for Carano for Children, a board member of InsureTech Connect, and has held roles with the MIT Sloan alumni board and the Massachusetts chapter of March of Dimes.

Outside of work, Tanguy runs an oyster farm, competes in triathlons, and enjoys exploring new cultures with his family. Before McKinsey, he spent several years at Procter & Gamble, holds eight patents, and was a collegiate golf champion.

Alan Kilbride

With two decades of Professional Services experience, 12 years of which at Guidewire, Alan is focused on driving customer adoption to Guidewire Cloud Platform.

Alan is a leader in Guidewire’s Cloud Migration team and responsible for methodology, process and estimation for all of our Cloud Migration projects. 

Focused on driving customer success, Alan will be sharing the very latest information on how Guidewire and our customers are migrating to Guidewire Cloud Platform.

Outside of work Alan enjoys spending time with his family, friends and dog, running ultra marathons in the mountains of Ireland, as well as traveling to new places when possible.

Diego Devalle

Chief Product Development Officer

Diego has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role at Guidewire, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Prior to Guidewire, Diego served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.

Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on our board since then. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer.

Miyuki Ebata is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leadership and excellence in the realm of customer success and management. Currently, she has taken on the dual responsibilities of Acting Japan Country Manager and Head of Customer Success for Japan. In this capacity, Miyuki plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless continuity and collaborative efforts essential for effective support and enablement.
