Kimmo Aalto joined Finland’s largest financial services group in 2015.  He is responsible for Indirect Sourcing for OP Financial Group and for Claims Sourcing for Pohjola Insurance, Finland’s leading non-life insurance company. Prior to that, Kimmo has gained experience in customer-focused international markets from B2B sales and procurement. Kimmo has a M.Sc. degree, specializing in mathematics, computer science, physics and economics, and studied business economics at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.

Ulrikke focuses on creating good, innovative, and scalable claims solutions. She started her career in Tryg 10 years ago as a Legal Claims Consultant but has since 2019 played various roles in Tryg’s Nordic digital transformation journey to the Guidewire platform.
She is enthusiastic about the power of collaboration and creating great customer experiences as well as smarter, more efficient claims processes.

As an IT Area Lead for private P&C lines, Ingo Dyrbusch is responsible for the application development and maintenance of Guidewire Policy Center at AXA Germany. He drove the implementation as a Lead Product Owner after joining AXA in 2022. Previously being a Senior Principal at Accenture, he supported clients in agile transformations. He combines passion for innovative IT solutions with profound IT expertise and strategic thinking.

Max has been working for Baloise in the Guidewire environment in various product owner positions since 2021. Since September 2024 he has been responsible for the upcoming data migration of private lines to the Guidewire Suite. He has worked in the insurance industry throughout his career and has several years of experience in non-life and claims, as well as project management.

Science Journalist

Ranga Yogeshwar, a graduate physicist and Germany's best-known science presenter, explains the background to scientific phenomena in an exciting and understandable way. He has received over 60 specialist awards and has been honored many times, including an honorary doctorate from the University of Wuppertal and the University of Koblenz, the Federal Cross of Merit, the Order of Merit of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and the German Television Prize.

Before joining AWS, he helped build an AI startup and served as a division manager for an international software company.
