Matthias Schneider, Head of Commercial Clients
After advising board members of banks and insurance companies on major corporate transactions as an investment banker, Matthias Schneider transitioned to the strategy department at Baloise in 2021. From 2022, he was responsible for the strategic planning of the Guidewire implementation for the commercial business. Since January 2025, he has been leading this area as the Head of Commercial Clients, overseeing the four divisions of Property, Liability, Engineering Lines, and Transport.

Jean-Baptiste Barbier, Solution Lead
Jean-Baptiste began his career as an IT consultant, working on various projects within the insurance sector. He joined the Covéa Group in 2012 as a project manager, successfully leading IT system modernization projects for MMA. As a project director, he then implemented the new workstation for MMA’s agent network. Since 2021, Jean-Baptiste has been responsible for the IT aspects of the MMA IND!GO claims transformation program.

Lee Dainty, Commercial Claims Director
Lee has been with RSA for 30 years in various operational, technical and leadership roles across RSA’s claims function, as well as undertaking roles in finance, audit, strategy and change within RSA. He has been leading the commercial claims function at RSA for the last six years, supporting RSA’s commercial lines and specialty lines businesses, and has direct responsibility for Property & Casualty lines. Lee’s current focus is in the transformation of claims capabilities, processes and systems to support RSA’s customers and brokers and the ambition to become the number one commercial lines insurer in the UK, which includes the integration of the NIG claims function following the acquisition announced in late 2023.

Stephan Hadinger, Head of Technology
Stephan is the Head of Technology for AWS in France, he is responsible for implementing the AWS technology vision at the local level and enhancing the innovation on behalf of AWS French customers. He is an alumni of the Ecole polytechnique. Prior to joining Amazon, he worked as Chief Architect for cloud computing and led several initiatives on APIs, Security solutions and IT Infrastructure, both for B2B and B2C organizations. In his current role, Stephan supports the French companies to bring their ideas to life. He works with customers of all sizes to help them securely migrate, develop and optimize their applications in the AWS Cloud. He participates frequently in educational public events in France.

Louisa Renoux, Leading Partner
Louisa Renoux, Certified Public Accountant, holder of a Master management degree in insurance and risk management of Paris Dauphine University PSL joined the Staff Health Insurance Governance as external advisor to GOC appointed by the Director General in 2023. Louisa Renoux has a large experience (+20 years) in Health Protection, European lobbying, assistance worldwide. She is leading partner for insurance consulting of a global advisory consultancy firm. Prior to this, she was leading a French Health Mutual group, and she led successful lobbying campaigns at national and European levels for the French Mutual Federation (300 members) focused on the health sector. She also achieved large transformation projects within Europ assistance group dealing with different standards, cultures and organizations, in a context of exceptional external growth. She is involved in several networks promoting women and girls. As chair of Women Health Climate, she is also French Delegate for the UN CSW since 2018 and commitment maker of the UN generation equality coalition FACJ (Feminist Action for Climate Justice Action coalition) since 2021.

Anaïs Gouzon, VP of Solution Advisory, EMEA
Since August 2023, Anaïs has led Guidewire’s EMEA Solution Advisory team, whose mission is to build trust and credibility with our prospects and customers, understand their needs, and present them with relevant solutions for their business. She has been with Guidewire since November 2011 and, before her current position, was part of and led the Guidewire Enablement team. Anaïs has been part of the European Leadership Team since 2020 and is also the EMEA Executive Sponsor of GROW, an initiative to support women's growth in the company and the tech industry.

Brian joined Guidewire in 2006, and during his tenure the company has been recognized as an industry-leading brand serving customers in more than 30 countries. He previously was Vice President of Marketing for PeopleSoft’s supply chain division and held marketing leadership and product marketing roles at Ketera, Ariba, and Tradex. Brian serves on the board of directors of Betterview, an insurtech that provides a geospatial predictive analytics platform for P&C insurance.
Diego Devalle, Chief Product Development Officer
Diego has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role at Guidewire, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Prior to Guidewire, Diego served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.

Mike joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on our board since then. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer.

Will serves as SVP – Managing Director EMEA for Guidewire, overseeing all go-to-market functions in the region, and also sits on Guidewire’s Global Leadership Team. Originally joining Guidewire in 2014 as EMEA General Counsel, based in London, Will transitioned to overseeing EMEA operations in 2018. In June 2022, he assumed his current role, focusing on customer success and driving growth opportunities in EMEA. With a background in the software industry since 2006, Will has primarily focused on serving the financial services industry. Prior to Guidewire, he served as UK Head of Commercial & Legal for SAS Software and held roles in the European Commercial function at Misys Software. Will holds LLB (hons) and LLM degrees in Law from Kingston University.
