Steen Wung-Sung is responsible for financial management within Claim DK as well as claims digitalization, automatization, and straight-through processing to improve the customer experience. He also manages risk and compliance (including GDPR) and claims analytics. Steen has broad business acumen gained through more than 20 years of finance and insurance experience in claims management, management accounting, and HR management. A focus of his career has been implementing technology that supports digitalization, automation, and behavioral change to achieve business results.
