Simon Brimicombe has over 20 years of senior leadership roles in the financial services industry, leading sales and distribution teams and technical pricing and underwriting functions. He is happiest when he is creating, transforming and growing consumer businesses.

Simon joined Colonnade in 2019 to grow and lead a consumer insurance business across all 6 markets and he co-leads the business transformation programme that is delivering the Guidewire solution.

Simon has a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Liverpool and an MSc(Eng) in Operational Research from the University of Birmingham. When he is not busy building insurance businesses, Simon is having fun running ultra-marathons and doing large scale DIY and landscaping projects at home.
