Grzegorz Ukleja has proven experience in business transformation projects and IT systems implementations. Over the last 10 years he has successfully completed number of implementations for insurance companies in various markets, including Poland, Germany, Belgium, Denmark and Japan. Many of these were Guidewire related projects.

In 2020 Grzegorz Ukleja joined Colonnade Insurance S.A. and took up the position of Chief Information Officer. He is responsible for technology development and support of the organization in business transformation program.

Grzegorz Ukleja holds a MSc Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology. His interests include football, modern technologies and methods of software development, talent development and modern management methods from the Agile and Management 3.0 family.
