Rafał Mosionek

Rafał Mosionek is an alumni of the MBA studies at the Executive Academy of the University of Economics in Vienna and Minnesota University - Carlson School of Management, as well as the Leading Digital and Innovation Program at INSEAD (European campus). He joined Vienna Insurance Group in 2002, through the Heros insurance company & Compensa merge in 2003, where he supervised the work of Finance and Accounting departments. Between 2004 - 2013 he gained professional experience in managerial positions in Commercial Union and Aviva. In 2013 Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group in Romania appointed him as CFO, while in 2016-2019 he was a Member of the Management Board of Benefia Ubezpieczenia. Since 2016, he has been supervising change management, IT and customer service functions incl. claims handling. He is responsible for the Digital Transformation Program „Genesis” of both Compensa companies, implemented in 2017 as part of the VIG strategy "Agenda 2020" and still ongoing. At the end of 2019, he took the position of President of the Management Board at Beesafe, a new, cutting-edge technology company founded by Vienna Insurance Group.
