Paul dreamed of the stars but landed in Insurance. He has spent his career handling, and then leading teams, across a broad range of General Insurance products starting at Commercial Union before moving to Churchill and Direct Line Group. An opportunity came along 5 years ago to move to his current employer, NFU Mutual, where he delivered their new claims operating model, ways of working and current claims handling environment using Guidewire core products. He is now Head of Claims and looking forward to a new challenge built upon strong foundations.
