Norberto graduated in 1994 in Business and Administration at Bologna University. He spent 14 years in management consulting industry focused on Financial Institutions. He worked 3 years in Andersen, 2 years in PwC and 9 years in KPMG becoming Associated Partner in 2007.

In 2008 he joined Unipol Group, one of the leading insurance Italian company, in Planning and Control Department. He was in charge of coordinating the M&A activities related to the acquisition in 2012 of Fondiaria - Sai Group by Unipol and the post – deal integration program as Head of the Strategic Planning. In 2016 He acquired the role of Head of Marketing and Commercial Planning and since 2017 Norberto is the Chief Claim Officer of UnipolSai Assicurazioni, ranked first in Italian Non-Life market.
