As the leader in Belgium's P&C market, AXA Belgium decided to completely re-design its claims processes and customer experience on ClaimCenter to increase customer satisfaction, automation levels, fraud detection, leakage avoidance, and digitalization. In this session, we describe how we successfully implemented an adoption approach (calculated to 98% OOTB adoption) to enable an upgrade from ClaimCenter 8 to ClaimCenter 9 in three months. We also demonstrate how we successfully accelerated delivery by deploying well-designed accelerators from the AXA Group catalog—a library of more than 40 ClaimCenter accelerators that serve the Guidewire implementations of the AXA Group globally |
