Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on our board since then. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer. He has also served on the board of directors of Docusign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) since September 2025.

Since joining Guidewire in 2009, Miyuki Ebata has been a trusted partner to insurers in Japan, known for her deep understanding of customer needs and long-term commitment to their success. In March 2024, she stepped into dual roles of Acting Japan Country Manager and Head of Customer Success, leading with a focus on delivering real value to customers through both strategic vision and hands-on support. As of October 2024, Miyuki serves as Country Manager of the Japan office. She remains dedicated to building strong partnerships and ensuring every customer receives seamless, responsive and customer-centric support at every stage of their journey.

Beyond her 5 years on Guidewire's leadership team, Christina has considerable commercial and operational cloud experience. After beginning his career at a system integrator, Mr. Yamanaka joined Sompo 24 Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance Company) in 2005. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the Information Systems Department, and later served as Head of System Services Department at Saison Automobile & Fire Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance). He has served as Executive Officer since 2022, Board Director and Executive Officer from April 2025 and Senior Executive Officer from April 2026.

Since April 2024, Chopper has been with MOTER Technologies as Vice President, leveraging this experience to lead and oversee new insurance business development, sales, and marketing.

Imran Ilyas is a Partner at PwC and a member of the Advisory Leadership Team, where he serves as the firm’s Global and US Guidewire Alliance Leader. PwC’s Global Strategic Guidewire practice includes over 3,000 trained professionals and has successfully delivered 350+ transformation initiatives, including 45+ Guidewire Cloud projects. In his 30 years of global experience, Imran has led many large-scale insurance transformation initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and the United States - encompassing business and IT strategy, enterprise architecture planning, and solutions delivery using Agile techniques. In addition to his Guidewire leadership role, Imran leads PwC's Business & Supply Chain Operations (BSCO) Platform. In this role, he helps clients modernize and manage the core operations that drive their businesses forward. BSCO combines operational consulting, platform delivery, and managed services to enable organizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and scale across sectors. Imran holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is a frequent speaker at industry forums, offering insights on insurance modernization and digital operations.

Former Manager of Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks
Kimiyasu Kudo, born in Aichi Prefecture in 1963, is a former professional pitcher who played for 29 years for teams including the Seibu Lions, Fukuoka Daiei Hawks, Yomiuri Giants, and Yokohama BayStars, earning the reputation of a “championship-winning pitcher” with 14 league championships and 11 Japan Series titles. He retired in 2011 with 224 career wins and numerous individual honors, including MVP awards, Best ERA titles, Highest Winning Percentage titles, and five Shoriki Matsutaro Awards, and was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016. From 2015 to 2021, he managed the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, leading the team to five Japan Series championships. While managing, he completed a Master’s degree in Physical Education at the University of Tsukuba in 2020 and entered its doctoral program in 2022, pursuing a PhD in Sports Medicine. He is currently involved in farming and DIY projects, creating handmade baseball fields and play spaces for children as part of his commitment to supporting future generations.
