Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on our board since then. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer. He has also served on the board of directors of Docusign, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOCU) since September 2025.

Diego Devalle

Chief Product Development Officer

Diego has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role at Guidewire, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Prior to Guidewire, Diego served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.

Miyuki Ebata

Since joining Guidewire in 2009, Miyuki Ebata has been a trusted partner to insurers in Japan, known for her deep understanding of customer needs and long-term commitment to their success. In March 2024, she stepped into dual roles of Acting Japan Country Manager and Head of Customer Success, leading with a focus on delivering real value to customers through both strategic vision and hands-on support. As of October 2024, Miyuki serves as Country Manager of the Japan office. She remains dedicated to building strong partnerships and ensuring every customer receives seamless, responsive and customer-centric support at every stage of their journey.

Christina Colby

As Guidewire’s Chief Customer Officer, Christina looks after our customers globally and helps them to realize optimal value at every stage of their journey with Guidewire. Christina leads the Customer Success & Alliances organization, bringing together expertise from both internal teams and consulting partners to deliver as much value as possible for our customers. Beyond her 5 years on Guidewire's leadership team, Christina has considerable commercial and operational cloud experience. She brings deep consulting knowledge to Guidewire programs as well as SaaS proficiency from her 15 years at Capgemini. Christina also spent four years on the executive leadership team of Virtustream, the mission-critical cloud company of Dell Technologies.

Brad Lontz

Brad Lontz is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CSAA Insurance Group. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across insurance, financial services, and consulting, he focuses on aligning technology transformation with business outcomes. Prior to joining CSAA, he served as CIO at CopperPoint Insurance Companies, where he led the migration of core systems to Guidewire Cloud and a broader cloud-native data and integration architecture. He has also held senior leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Cummins Inc., and Price Waterhouse.

Tadashi Yamanaka

After beginning his career at a system integrator, Mr. Yamanaka joined Sompo 24 Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance Company) in 2005. In 2019, he was appointed Head of the Information Systems Department, and later served as Head of System Services Department at Saison Automobile & Fire Insurance Company (currently Sompo Direct Insurance). He has served as Executive Officer since 2022, Board Director and Executive Officer from April 2025 and Senior Executive Officer from April 2026.

Chopper Takeda

Vice President of Insurance (BizDev & Strategy)

MOTER Technologies, Inc.

Chopper started his career at Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Co., Ltd., working in sales for local market before moving to the international division, where he gained global experience across Europe, Oceania, and the Americas. In the UK and New Zealand, Chopper led the implementation of Guidewire and established best practices for insurance platform development from business standpoint. Since April 2024, Chopper has been with MOTER Technologies as Vice President, leveraging this experience to lead and oversee new insurance business development, sales, and marketing.

Junpei Shimamura

Executive Manager

NTT DATA Japan Corporation

Junpei Shimamura started his career at NTT DATA as a new graduate, working on shared and SaaS-based core banking systems as well as web and smartphone application package development. Since 2021, he has been leading organizational transformation and new business development initiatives leveraging the large-scale agile framework SAFe. Drawing on his deep expertise in package development, he now drives the expansion of NTT DATA’s Guidewire business in collaboration with Alchemy, while enhancing added value through stronger integration with company’s internal platforms.

John Harkin

John is the founder and former CEO of insurance technology company, Alchemy Technology Services, which he established in 2018 in his hometown of Derry to drive economic growth and develop local talent. After studying computing in London, he led major IT transformation programmes at KPMG and PwC and gained international experience at organisations such as Apple Europe. With more than 30 years of leadership in the insurance and IT sectors, including senior roles at DXC, he has helped Alchemy grow into a leading Guidewire partner and now plays an influential role in NTT DATA’s global insurance business following Alchemy’s integration. He is also actively involved in community and cultural initiatives in the region.

Hiroko Kakiuchi

Hiroko is a Partner in the Insurance team at PwC Consulting and serves as the Guidewire Alliance lead in Japan. She has over 25 years of consulting experience in Japan and Australia, supporting financial institutions in transformation across a broad range of areas, from new business strategy development and cross-industry collaboration to operational reform enabled by policy administration, claims management, and finance system implementation. Having lost her home twice—during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake and in a tornado disaster in the United States—she is committed to supporting insurers in fulfilling their role of providing the foundation that enables individuals and businesses to take on diverse and ambitious challenges with confidence. After becoming a mother and returning to work in Australia, she was inspired by role models who had paved the way. She is committed to helping shape a consulting industry in Japan where leaders with diverse life and business experiences can thrive.

Imran Ilyass

Partner, Business & Supply Chain Operations Platform Leader

Imran Ilyas is a Partner at PwC and a member of the Advisory Leadership Team, where he serves as the firm’s Global and US Guidewire Alliance Leader. PwC’s Global Strategic Guidewire practice includes over 3,000 trained professionals and has successfully delivered 350+ transformation initiatives, including 45+ Guidewire Cloud projects. In his 30 years of global experience, Imran has led many large-scale insurance transformation initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and the United States - encompassing business and IT strategy, enterprise architecture planning, and solutions delivery using Agile techniques. In addition to his Guidewire leadership role, Imran leads PwC's Business & Supply Chain Operations (BSCO) Platform. In this role, he helps clients modernize and manage the core operations that drive their businesses forward. BSCO combines operational consulting, platform delivery, and managed services to enable organizations to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and scale across sectors. Imran holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago. He is a frequent speaker at industry forums, offering insights on insurance modernization and digital operations.

Kimiyasu Kudo

Former Manager of Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks

Kimiyasu Kudo, born in Aichi Prefecture in 1963, is a former professional pitcher who played for 29 years for teams including the Seibu Lions, Fukuoka Daiei Hawks, Yomiuri Giants, and Yokohama BayStars, earning the reputation of a “championship-winning pitcher” with 14 league championships and 11 Japan Series titles. He retired in 2011 with 224 career wins and numerous individual honors, including MVP awards, Best ERA titles, Highest Winning Percentage titles, and five Shoriki Matsutaro Awards, and was inducted into the Japanese Baseball Hall of Fame in 2016. From 2015 to 2021, he managed the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks, leading the team to five Japan Series championships. While managing, he completed a Master’s degree in Physical Education at the University of Tsukuba in 2020 and entered its doctoral program in 2022, pursuing a PhD in Sports Medicine. He is currently involved in farming and DIY projects, creating handmade baseball fields and play spaces for children as part of his commitment to supporting future generations.
