Katsuhito Nakagawa joined Yasuda Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. in 1995. In 2019, he assumed the leadership role as the branch director at the Takamatsu office of Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. In 2021, he was appointed as Executive Officer at Saison Automobile and Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. In April 2022, he became Executive Director, overseeing the Claims Department, and was appointed as Executive Vice President and Head of Claims and also Executive Officer at Sompo Japan Insurance Inc. in April 2023. Since April 2024, he has been serving as the President and CEO of the company.

Chief Executive Officer, Guidewire

Mike Rosenbaum joined Guidewire as Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and has served on our board since then. Since Mike’s arrival, Guidewire has cemented its position as the leading cloud platform serving the P&C insurance industry, growing cloud adoption by over 500%, tripling cloud revenue, and expanding the Guidewire partner ecosystem to become the largest in P&C insurance. Mike’s focus on delivering value for customers, coupled with his “ship, shipmate, self” approach to prioritization, continue to shape the industry-leading platform, applications, and content trusted by insurers globally. Prior to Guidewire, Mike led product management and go-to-market strategy for core CRM products at Salesforce and served in the US Navy as a submarine officer.
Diego Devalle
Chief Product Officer, Guidewire

Diego has held numerous executive positions overseeing technology and product development in the San Francisco Bay Area, India, and Europe. In his role at Guidewire, he drives design and strategy to implement engineering goals that address the needs of P&C insurers, such as the requirement to rapidly bring new and differentiating insurance products to market. Prior to Guidewire, Diego served as Vice President of Software Development and Vice President of Product and Engineering at SAP Labs. He began his enterprise software career at Baan in the Netherlands.
Amy Mollin
Vice President, Product Management, Cloud Platform, Guidewire

Amy Mollin is responsible for the product infrastructure and frameworks that enable and support Guidewire Cloud Platform. She’s been with Guidewire since 2010, when she started as Director of Product Management. Before assuming her current role, Amy had responsibility for Guidewire Data products. She has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, including roles in professional services, engineering, and architecture. Previous positions include director and architect roles at Saba and IBM. She holds a B.S. in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University–San Luis Obispo.
Aubrey Kipp
Vice President, Technology and Innovation, Guidewire

Aubrey Kipp has been with Guidewire for a decade and serves as Vice President of Global Innovation and Technology. He began his career at Guidewire in Professional Services as an Architect and now evangelizes Guidewire Cloud globally to new and existing customers.
Dimitry Remenyuk

With more than 20 years of IT experience in the insurance industry, Dimitry Remenyuk is passionate about all aspects of technology and innovation. In his current role, Dimitry works closely with Guidewire product, services, and sales teams as well as their prospects and customers. He is responsible for evangelizing existing digital solutions and also for actively creating and promoting digital innovations on the Guidewire platform — demonstrating the art of the possible.

With over 25 years of experience in software, insurance, and financial services, Don has focused on process improvements and operational efficiency gains. As part of Guidewire’s professional services for over a decade, his primary focus has been getting customers to the latest versions of Guidewire’s InsuranceSuite applications. Don oversees Guidewire’s cloud migration strategy, delivery, and estimation efforts.
Miyuki Ebata

Miyuki Ebata is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leadership and excellence in the realm of customer success and management. Currently, she has taken on the dual responsibilities of Acting Japan Country Manager and Head of Customer Success for Japan.
