Guidewire BillingCenter Survey

In April 2008, Guidewire Software surveyed a broad range of Property and Casualty insurers in North America about the current state of their billing operations, how well current systems support their needs, and how they see their billing operations evolving in the future. The survey was conducted via email and participants were asked to complete an online survey. All participants were entered into a drawing for a free Apple iPhone and all received a copy of this report. Business and IT executives and staff members from more than 60 carriers participated in the survey.
